Slalam Skiwear is a luxury women's skiwear brand crafted in sustainable small batches from premium Italian fabrics. With a focus on innovation, quality, and a seamless go-to-market strategy, Louder Group managed every aspect of product development, branding, and logistics to bring Slalam to market successfully.

The Challenge

Slalam identified a critical gap in the market for women’s cold weather and ski sports apparel, focusing on three core areas:

  • Functionality – Existing ski onesies lacked practicality and ease of movement. Many were bulky and uncomfortable, catering more to high-performance skiers than to those who also valued après-ski social activities.

  • Fashion – The market lacked stylish, high-end options that aligned with luxury fashion buyers’ expectations. Designs were outdated, focusing on utility over aesthetic appeal.

  • Fit – Many existing skiwear brands did not cater to a diverse range of body types, often focusing too heavily on curvier figures while neglecting leaner and athletic builds.
