The Challenge
Slalam identified a critical gap in the market for women’s cold weather and ski sports apparel, focusing on three core areas:
Functionality – Existing ski onesies lacked practicality and ease of movement. Many were bulky and uncomfortable, catering more to high-performance skiers than to those who also valued après-ski social activities.
Fashion – The market lacked stylish, high-end options that aligned with luxury fashion buyers’ expectations. Designs were outdated, focusing on utility over aesthetic appeal.
