We are committed to providing high-quality products and services across our divisions, including Louder Market, Louder Campus, and Louder Group in general. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review the policy below for returns, exchanges, and refund requests.
1. Louder Market Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at market@loudergroup.co. We may ask for photos or a description of the damage for documentation.
Once we confirm the defect or damage, we will provide you with a return shipping label (if applicable) and arrange for a prompt exchange or full refund in the form of a Louder Market gift card—whichever you prefer.
Exchanges for Sizing
We understand that sizing can be tricky. If you need a different size, you may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your product.
Please ensure the product is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition (with tags, if applicable).
To initiate an exchange, contact us at market@loudergroup.co with your order details and the size you need.
You will be responsible for any return shipping costs unless the error is on our end. Once we receive the original item in acceptable condition, we’ll ship out the requested size.
Unhappy with Your Purchase
If you’re unhappy with your product for reasons other than defect or damage, we can issue a Louder Market gift card equal to the original purchase price (minus any shipping costs).
Requests for a gift card must be made within 7 days of receiving your product.
We may ask you to return the product (in its original, unused condition) before issuing the gift card.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Email market@loudergroup.co with your order number in the subject line, photos of any damage or defect (if applicable), and a brief explanation of the issue or request.
We will provide instructions on how to ship the item back to us, along with any necessary return labels (if applicable).
For exchanges, once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll send your replacement size. For gift cards, you will receive a digital gift card code via email.
Additional Details
Time Window: All returns or exchanges (including gift card requests) must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your product.
Condition of Items: Returned products must be in unused, original condition, with any tags still attached.
Processing Time: Please allow 5–7 business days after our receipt of your return for us to process your request and send out a replacement or issue your gift card.
Exclusions: Certain items (e.g., final sale or custom-made products) may be ineligible for returns or exchanges. These exclusions will be noted on the product listing.
2. Louder Campus Returns and Refunds
Online Courses, Memberships, and Digital Content
All purchases made for Louder Campus courses, memberships, and digital content are non-refundable once accessed. This includes online classes, masterclasses, digital downloads, and subscriptions to Louder Campus resources.
If you experience technical issues or difficulty accessing the course materials, please contact us at campus@loudergroup.co. We will work with you to resolve any access issues promptly.
Louder Campus Cancellation and Refund Requests
If you purchased a Louder Campus membership or subscription and have not accessed any course material, we may consider a refund if requested within 7 days of the purchase date.
Contact campus@loudergroup.co with your order details for a review of your case. Refunds are processed at our discretion and will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase.
Live Events and Workshops
Refund requests for live events or workshops hosted by Louder Campus must be made at least 7 days before the event start date.
If you are unable to attend due to a legitimate reason, we may offer a credit for a future event. Contact campus@loudergroup.co for assistance.
3. Louder Group General Return and Refund Policy
Product Returns (Louder Group Merchandise)
If you purchased physical products from Louder Group’s store (including merchandise from Louder Market or Louder Group branded products), you may request a return for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your product.
Returned items must be in unused, original condition, and all tags or packaging should remain intact. You are responsible for any return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or defective merchandise.

Digital Products and Services
For digital products or consulting services (such as project design, product strategy consulting, etc.), we do not offer refunds once the service has been rendered or the digital product has been delivered.

Custom Products
Custom products, including any products tailored to specific specifications or requests, are non-refundable unless the product is defective or damaged upon receipt.
Custom orders are final sale, and no exchanges are allowed once the order is placed.
