Mozee™ Relocates to Arlington with $4.17M Deal—Louder Group’s Strategy Seals the Move

Arlington, TX — Mozee, Inc., a pioneer in autonomous mobility, has announced its relocation to Arlington, Texas, marking a major step in the city’s push to become a leader in smart transportation. The move will establish an 87,000-square-foot manufacturing and assembly plant near State Highway 360 and bring over 100 high-skilled jobs to the region, with an emphasis on hiring local talent, including graduates from the University of Texas at Arlington.

  • $625,000 initial grant upon lease execution

  • Annual payments of $507,728 from 2025 through 2031, contingent on performance

  • $2 million facility improvement requirement

Mozee must also manufacture at least six autonomous vehicles at its Arlington plant at any given time.

Developing a Financial Model to Secure Investment
